Refund policy

At Akvika, we want you to love what you ordered. 
If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, 
and in their original packaging with all tags attached. 
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
 Sale or clearance items

  •  Personalized or custom-made products
  •  Intimate or hygiene-related products
  •  Digital products or gift cards

HOW TO INITIATE A RETUR

Email us at support@akvika.in with:
Your order number
-Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2 business days with 
return instructions.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will 
notify you via email. If approved, your refund will
be processed within 5-7 business days to your 
original payment method.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, 
subject to availability. To request an exchange, 
contact us at support@akvika.in

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged or defective item, please 
contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. 
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at 
no extra cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING

- If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective 
  item): We cover return shipping costs.
- If returning for other reasons: Return shipping 
  cost is borne by the customer.
